📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to promote our products and services.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and information.,Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics.,Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and follow-up.,Provide regular reports on call activities and sales performance.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,English proficiency is a plus.
