Daily, you'll handle a variety of tasks, from coordinating with suppliers and customers to managing documentation and tracking shipments. You'll also have the chance to develop your skills in international trade, with opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process export and import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth and efficient trade operations.
• Monitor and track shipments, ensuring they are delivered on time and in accordance with agreed terms.
• Assist in the preparation of trade reports and analysis, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
• Stay updated with international trade regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the development and implementation of trade strategies to support the company's global expansion.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of trade processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in export and import operations, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with international partners.
• Familiarity with international trade software and tools, such as TradeNet, WinDocks, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all trade-related tasks.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or related industry is a plus.
