📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and assess the financial needs of clients, recommending appropriate banking products and services.
• Conduct financial literacy workshops and seminars to educate clients on effective money management.
• Monitor client accounts and provide regular financial advice to ensure they meet their goals.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Utilize our digital banking platform and other tools like CRM systems to streamline client interactions and improve service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account information.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building trust and strong relationships with clients.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our banking services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial advisory, banking, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of microfinance and financial inclusion principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with digital banking platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
