📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality and safety standards are met.,Develop and implement food menus and recipes.,Manage and lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels.,Train and develop kitchen staff.,Participate in inventory management and procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a similar position.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with culinary software and inventory management systems.
