- Provide strategic guidance to the Clinical Research Department.
- Represent the department in meetings and conferences.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in clinical research or a related field.
- Certification in clinical research (e.g., CRA, CRC, or similar).
- Proven track record of leading and managing research teams.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience with research management software (e.g., Oracle Clinical, Medidata Rave, or similar).
