📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, trial balance, and balance sheet.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.,Prepare and analyze financial reports for management and stakeholders.,Supervise and train junior bookkeepers and accounting staff.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounting Assistant.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial regulations.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
