📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and process sales orders using SAP and other internal systems.
- Create and maintain delivery documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order tracking and customer communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to logistics and sales operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or logistics support roles.
- Proficient in using SAP, Excel, and other office software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
- Previous experience in the IT distribution sector is a plus.
