📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and implement Lean Six Sigma projects to drive operational efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in operations.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify trends.
• Provide training and coaching to employees on process improvement techniques and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of process improvements.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in process optimization.
• Report on project progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement and operational excellence.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
• Proficient in using process improvement tools and software such as JIRA, Confluence, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
