🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the financial services or real assets sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like Trello or Asana.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
