📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts and grievances.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the HR team in any other tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
