📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to senior management on complex legal matters.
• Oversee the legal team, ensuring they deliver high-quality legal services and meet deadlines.
• Manage and coordinate legal projects, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure the organization operates in a legally sound manner.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate legal risks.
• Represent the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Ensure that all legal documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Stay informed about legal developments and trends that may impact the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on corporate law, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and lead a team of legal professionals.
• Proficient in using legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and CaseMap.
• Certified in legal risk management or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
