📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Assist in the planning and execution of store events and promotions.,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
