📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage banquet operations to ensure smooth and successful events.,Coordinate with event planners and clients to understand requirements and deliver exceptional service.,Train and mentor banquet staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure adequate supplies for events.,Develop and implement banquet menus and catering packages.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet or catering operations.,Proven track record of managing banquet events successfully.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
