📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, test, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems according to design specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure the seamless integration of M&E systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of M&E systems to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to M&E systems.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project milestones and inspections.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the M&E industry.
• Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Promote a safe and efficient working environment for all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in M&E installation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid work permit and residency in Indonesia.
