National HRGA Manager

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training.
• Oversee general affairs, including office management, facilities, and administrative support.
• Lead and mentor a team of HR and GA professionals.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR and GA processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR and GA strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure the smooth operation of HR and GA functions during business expansions and changes.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR and GA roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and GA software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
