📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sustainable policies and strategies that align with global standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and propose sustainable solutions.
• Create insightful reports and dashboards using SAP Sustainability Management and Microsoft Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of sustainability initiatives.
• Provide guidance on best practices and compliance requirements related to sustainability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in sustainability and share knowledge with the team.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops to drive engagement and support for sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of sustainability initiatives to ensure they are achieving the desired outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in policy analysis, sustainability, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of global sustainability standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in SAP Sustainability Management and Microsoft Power BI.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
