Base Food Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate departments.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and check-in/check-out processes.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.,Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and breaking down event spaces.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Ability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines.
