📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain daily operations to ensure smooth workflow,Coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Prepare and maintain accurate records of all operations,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies,Provide support to the management team in decision-making processes,Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively,Assist in the organization of events and meetings when required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus
