PT Firdaus Cempaka is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and be able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify requirements,Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content,Edit and proofread documents to ensure correctness and consistency,Update and revise existing documentation as needed,Work with developers and other stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Excellent written communication skills in English,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
