📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns that arise.
  • Work with the kitchen and dining staff to ensure that we are meeting our sales and profitability targets.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement improvements as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the restaurant's marketing and promotional strategies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff to achieve high levels of performance.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is a plus, but not required.
