We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at our restaurant in Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring that they are trained and motivated to provide excellent service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, table service, and bar service.,Manage the staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure that the restaurant complies with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement customer service and guest satisfaction strategies.,Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health, safety, and regulatory requirements in the food service industry.,Experience with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.,Ability to analyze sales and financial data and make recommendations for improvement.
