SHIFT Pratama is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Yogyakarta. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our retail team to ensure that our products are well-represented and that our customers receive the best possible service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Assisting in the development and implementation of sales training programs.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure that sales goals are met.,Participating in inventory management and ensuring that products are well-stocked.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with the retail industry and understanding of customer behavior.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed.
