📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of our employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with various departments to ensure the alignment of training programs with organizational goals.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to facilitate their professional development.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process by evaluating candidates' training needs and potential.,Maintain accurate records of training programs, participants, and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.,Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
