📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily food and beverage operations, including inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Coordinate event setups and executions, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
• Train and mentor staff to maintain consistent service levels.
• Uphold Marriott International’s standards of safety, hygiene, and sustainability in all operations.
• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
• Monitor and report on sales performance to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage or event service, preferably in a luxury or high-end setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor and train staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest interactions professionally.
• Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and sales reporting.
