📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote construction projects.,Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.,Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.,Manage and maintain the company's website and social media platforms.,Organize and execute marketing campaigns, including trade shows, seminars, and events.,Collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize strategies.,Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction industry.,Strong understanding of the construction industry and market trends.,Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using marketing software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
