📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor accounts receivable, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Maintain and update customer records in our database.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or issues related to invoicing.
- Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
