• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues using tools like Huawei's iMaster NCE and NMS.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and solutions.
• Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
• Participate in product testing and validation processes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Digital Power technologies and protocols.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Huawei's Digital Power products and solutions is a plus.
