📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic event plans aligned with company goals.
• Conceptualize and design engaging event experiences for diverse audiences.
• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
• Utilize Eventbrite and Cvent for event management and ticketing.
• Leverage Microsoft Suite for event planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Analyze event metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in event strategy.
• Mentor and develop junior team members in event planning and execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in event planning and strategy.
• Proven track record of successfully executing high-impact events.
• Certification in Event Management (CEM) or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in Eventbrite, Cvent, and Microsoft Suite.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in event metrics and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
